Dram Axar

Dram Axar is a young human Warlock.

Being has always been tall and lanky for a human. Although physically weaker than his older brother Jax and the other youth in his town, it was Dram’s inner strength  that first brought him to the attention of Arvan , a Warlock master, just before Dram’s 13th birthday.

Never having been separated from his parents or brother , with whom Dram was particularly close,  Dram suddenly found himself as the sole apprentice to Arvan, living a weeks journey from his former home. The first year was very tough for Dram with only the occasional letter arriving from his brother with news  of home. With little else to console him Dram threw himself into his warlock studies.

Now, 5 years on, Dram’s dedication in his studies have started to pay off. Dram’s powers have ignited within him, as has his confidence and self belief. Dram’s self confidence however hides something of an inner flaw, even to himself. Despite all of the book knowledge that Dram learnt during his studies, he is surprisingly naive when it comes to surviving in the real world. The sheltered life of an arcane apprentice have left Dram ignorant of the many dangers that he may soon face.

Recently Dram received news that his older brother had mysteriously disappeared from the village in which they grew up. In a brash response, Dram abandoned his studies to hurry home to find his brother. Arriving home two weeks after his brother’s disappearance Dram has found little to go on.  Refusing to give in Dram has followed what little information he could put together. These leads have led him to the town of Fallcrest.

The years of study have done little to alter Dram’s spindly  appearance. If anything the years of and pursuing a vocation requiring little physical exertion have left Dram spindly and lanky. With a touch of sun on his pale skin Dram not bad looking, with green eyes and short brown hair, pale complexion.
