GM: 6 characters Scaphism?
Campaign saved.
Scaphism: I’m an addict.
‘Godryk’ connected
GM: apparently
GM: so if I kill your characters, you just hot-swap a new one?
Scaphism: :D
Spiv the Shiv: I’m not trying to give you any ideas.

King Mob (Alastair Danaan): oh man, all 8 of us are assembled… we’re a dangerous force.
GM: is this everyone?
GM: cool
GM: Last time, you guys saved a few humans from a bar invasion
Ardril Tanliadin: Wagon trolls be wary!
GM: you helped to put onut the ensuing fire
Ferret (Xuande): (mostly by accident)
4dSwissCheese (Erethis): Hey - I meant to ask - it was kind of confused at the end - to what extent did we rest before the wagon trolls?
King Mob (Alastair Danaan): I didn’t help, really
Liquidmantis (Ardril Tanliadin): I had a nice nap before the troll myself.
GM: Not enough to recharge encounter powers, except Alastair and Ardril
Alastair Danaan: I rested and watched the pretty fire. I like fire, it drives all the shadows away
GM: everyone who helped with the fire can get 25 XP
GM: everyone else can use Encounter powers again
Liquidmantis (Ardril Tanliadin): I didn’t actually nap. Remember me using my cantrip to smother the fire?

Xuande: Take him down. Give these craven creatures no quarter, for they gave none to their victims in the bar.
King Mob (Alastair Danaan): if he’s clearly headed out of town, no biggie
Liquidmantis (Ardril Tanliadin): we’ve got us a hyper Thalamus.
Spiv groans.
King Mob (Alastair Danaan): I hate you Mantis
Nosferatu (Rich Lionnelhart): he was a hypo thalamus earlier.

Ardril Tanliadin → Magic Missile (vs. Ref) [17] [1d20+4 = 17]
Ardril Tanliadin → Magic Missile (Damage) [9] [2d4+4 = 9]
Ardril Tanliadin points at the goblin.
Ardril Tanliadin: Take that, foul creature!
Ardril Tanliadin: [END TURN]
Goblin Blackblade makes a rude gesture, crying about the burn mark on his exposed butt
[TURN] Spiv
Campaign saved.
Godryk wonders if he may be running to get allies?
Goblin Blackblade: Sinruth! Help!!!!
[w] Alastair Danaan: Atras hey, I forgot to set my optional language
Spiv → Longbow (vs. AC) [13] [1d20+6 = 13]
[w] → Alastair Danaan: what do you want?
Ardril Tanliadin: uh, oh no…
[w] Alastair Danaan: can I know one of the infernal (evil) arcane languages?
Erethis: What in the hells is Sinruth?
[w] → Alastair Danaan: sure, fits your character well
[w] Xuande: History check to see if I know Sinruth?
Spiv → Longbow (vs. AC) (+1) [9] [1d20+7 = 9]
Godryk: He’s calling for help! We must stop him before more come!
[w] → Xuande: won’t help
[w] Alastair Danaan: do you know which are available? I don’t remember what they’re called in 4th ed.
[w] Xuande: Okie.
Ardril Tanliadin: Hopefully just their false god.
Spiv: [END TURN]
[TURN] Erethis
GM: Horns are sounding all over the city
GM: Humans are cheering
Erethis → Skill [History] [15] [1d20+5 = 15]

Alastair Danaan → Eldritch Blast (Damage) [13] [1d10+4 = 13]
Alastair Danaan → Warlock’s Curse (Damage) [3] [1d6 = 3]
GM: The rude little bugger dies in an Eldritch flame
GM: Everyone take 115XP
Alastair Danaan laughs at the top of his lungs. Die, petty goblinoids. Serve my masters!
Erethis Tries not to look Alastair in the eyes. Assumes something creepy happened in them.
Campaign saved.
Thalamus snarls acurse as the gobby’s headevaporates right before his bone shaker splits it
Spiv looks mildly dissapointed that is aim was off.
Erethis: I suppose we should get a better assessment of what has happened here tonight.
Rich Lionnelhart looks to see if any pretty maidens saw him heroically save the town.
Alastair Danaan doesn’t bother resting. Looks around idly for something to do.
Xuande seems unbothered by the ranting and raving, saying only, “Good shots, all.”
Godryk slings his bow over his back and itches to get his scimitars wet with goblin blood.
Ferret (Xuande): …hmm.. am I crashering?
Spiv “holsters” the longbow and goes to look for the first, errant shuriken.
Billy: The humans who were putting out fires (and didn’t flee the ogre) approach you
Ardril Tanliadin looks for something to lean against. Or possibly fall softly into.
Ferret (Xuande): How? :(
Ardril Tanliadin → Taking Short Rest

Godryk → Taking Short Rest
Erethis → Taking Short Rest
Guardsman Randy: we were entirely too tired to help
Liquidmantis (Ardril Tanliadin): Watch out, he’s Randy!
Guardsman Tom: Yeah, they have never attacked like that before
Rich Lionnelhart: Not a problem, we took care fo them handily.
Erethis: We understand. Guarding civilization like you do is a thankless job.
Billy: Fire starting monsters…
Billy kicks corpses
[w] Alastair Danaan: I think Primordial matches the whole stars thing, so I’ll put that in if it’s ok with you
4dSwissCheese (Erethis): We should remember to loot them this time, when we get the chance…
[w] → Alastair Danaan: sure
Ardril Tanliadin: Hopefully this setback will slow them down before they return.
Spiv walks back to the ogre corpse and kneels nearby, looking for his shuriken and examining the jars.
Godryk: Do they have a main camp or are they scattered through the country side?
Alastair Danaan expertly begins to loot the corpses. It appears he’s done this before.
Guardsman Randy: There is still noise coming from the North bridge
Guardsman Randy: can you help?
Guardsman Tom: I’ll see what’s going on
Erethis: Never a dull moment, tonight, is there? I suppose we should go…
Billy starts picking monster pockets
Ferret (Xuande): Can you reload the maps Atras? I lost them on the crash
Ardril Tanliadin: Now that the fire is out we should investigate the bodies inside.
Ferret (Xuande): Thanks. :)
Rich Lionnelhart: Friends fair maidens need saving, we must go!
Campaign saved.
Ferret (Xuande): 5min rest = encounter powers come back + spend one healing surge?
Billy: The greatclub, longswords, longbows and armor are non-magical
‘Benticore’ disconnected
Billy: yep
4dSwissCheese (Erethis): Spend any healing surges you want.
GM: stupid “say as”
Spiv: Thank you Billy.
GM: Billy likes taking over
Ferret (Xuande): Oh, ok. :)
Nosferatu (Rich Lionnelhart): afk a moment
Nosferatu (Rich Lionnelhart): oh and rich heads towards the gates to save the town.
4dSwissCheese (Erethis): Action points for everyone, since we hit a milestone, btw.
GM: Another guard arrives
Erethis: Good sir - what is the situation?
4dSwissCheese (Erethis): brb
Guardsman Tom: he announces that the remaining Ogres and hobgoblins and goblins have fled the city
Xuande pauses to catch his breath and clean his sword, listening to the new arrival’s words.
Alastair Danaan looks disappointed after looting the bodies. “I don’t think these fellows brought their cash with them.”
Guardsman Tom: The city is safe. for now
Alastair Danaan: Good news, thanks.
Guardsman Tom: Thank you
Ardril Tanliadin: I suppose they thought they wouldn’t need to pay for anything.
Xuande: They expected to find such here, I think.
Guardsman Tom: there were two other Ogres with pitch wagons
Spiv nods.
Guardsman Tom: they all managed to flee
Spiv: They weren’t paying.
Godryk arrives at the gates to the north.
‘Benticore’ connected
Alastair Danaan: Which direction?
Rich Lionnelhart → Taking Short Rest
Spiv: They were getting the goblin raider discount.
Guardsman Tom: I know there are at least 40 humans dead, but I think the dead Goblins match it
Spiv: 40!
Guardsman Tom: They mostly left over the North bridge
Guardsman Tom: at least
Xuande: Forty..
Guardsman Tom: they hit all over the city
Campaign saved.
Spiv: Were they guards or cityfolk?
Xuande bows his head silently.
4dSwissCheese (Erethis): back
Guardsman Tom: every gate, some over the walls
Alastair Danaan: Was there any sign of what they came for? Or just the general loot and mayhem?
Ferret (Xuande): …as he punts again, dang it.
Nosferatu (Rich Lionnelhart): back
Godryk: They sound well organized. Any idea who might be behind it?
Guardsman Tom: I heard someone say they smashed through a wall somewhere
Guardsman Tom: the Guard will not be sleeping tonight
‘Ferret’ disconnected
Guardsman Tom: I doubt any of us will

Alastair Danaan: Very well. I suppose we should have a chat with your… leaders?
Guardsman Tom: This group called out for Sinruth
Guardsman Tom: and I’ve heard it in last weeks’ raids too
Thalamus: sinruth?
Erethis: We heard. Anyone know what it means?
Guardsman Tom: no God I know of, but who knows Goblins?
Guardsman Tom: I’m sure the Town Council wil want to speak with you
Erethis: Where can we find them?
Thalamus → Skill [Religion] [21] [1d20+5 = 21]
[w] → Thalamus: He is no known God
Guardsman Tom: I imagine they are busy organizing bucket brigades and extra guards
Thalamus: Sinruth be no god my youth
Erethis: Alright, well, assuming everyone is sufficiently rested (never know what’s going to burst out of a window next), we should go.
Guardsman Tom: Could be someone organizing the Horde?
Spiv: Yes, we could help with the fires.
Alastair Danaan looks at Thalamus carefully, wondering if the cleric’s tattooed head would split from his effort at thinking
Xuande nods to Erethis, “I’m fresh enough. Let’s get going.”
GM: do you want to take an extended rest? The Tavern Owner wants to give you free room and board
Alastair Danaan: Let’s go have a chat with the Town Council then.
GM: or do you want to help out around town, and not recharge Dailys
Benticore (Thalamus): one hand typing, sir…holding a baby
Ardril Tanliadin: Ah, glorious sleep.
Erethis: Ok. The council probably has its hands full just now. We can bother them in the morning.
Godryk: Sounds like a plan.
Campaign saved.
Guardsman Tom: If I see them, I’ll let them know where to find you
Erethis: Thanks you sir.
Benticore (Thalamus): ivespent no dailys or encs so i will help
Alastair Danaan: Very well then. I for one feel the call of my bed. The more altruistic of you may wish to help out about the town, or some such.
Guardsman Tom: I have to see how badly the Guard is down
Guardsman Tom: Rest, please
Alastair Danaan yawns.
Guardsman Tom: you’ve done so much
Rich Lionnelhart decides to help the towns folks rebuild.
Ferret (Xuande): chooses to assist the townspeople in rebuilding.
Alastair Danaan: Glad to do so, sir. I believe that innkeep is waving me forward, I shall take advantage of his friendly offer.
Ferret (Xuande): (wrong thing again)
Erethis: Medidates for his 4 hours, then wander up to help to the extent he can.
Erethis → Taking Extended Rest
Godryk → Taking Extended Rest
Alastair Danaan → Taking Extended Rest
Spiv decides to help out, and take a look around the town as well.
[w] → Spiv: gain 25 XP
Ardril Tanliadin: You all are going to make me feel guilty for wanting my rest. I don’t need that much rest anyway. Point me to where I might be of some assistance.
[w] → Thalamus: gain 25 XP

[w] Spiv: GM thank you kindly.
[w] Rich Lionnelhart: you do realize that Rich will help the most at places with pretty women right?
[w] → Ardril Tanliadin: gain 25 XP
King Mob (Alastair Danaan): they’re just NPCs, let them suffer! AH HA HA HA
Erethis: No sense exerting yourself to exhastion. Can’t find if you’re falling asleep…
[w] → Rich Lionnelhart: of course, there are lots of kinds of rewards
Ardril Tanliadin: Brother, you know my needs are minimal.
Godryk zzzzzzz…. he’s learned from experience to get rest when he can.
[w] → Rich Lionnelhart: he can collect some rainchecks when the town is not on fire
[w] Xuande: Can I take 10 on a diplomacy check to try and encourage and reassure the townsfolk as I work beside them?
[w] → Xuande: sure
Erethis: True enough. Do what you will. I will join you later.
Ardril Tanliadin: I’m sure the townspeople will need their drink. I”ll help straighten up the tavern.
[w] Xuande: Thanks. :D A little campaigning never hurt anyone, right?
Spiv uses this opportunity to check the sercurity in the city.
Spiv ‘s eyes are trained to note an abundance, or lack of security.
Campaign saved.
[w] → Rich Lionnelhart: gain 25 XP
King Mob (Alastair Danaan): AH HA HA HA, Spiv is my kinda PC. Best time to rob them blind, eh?
Guardsman Tom: The city is actually well-defended
Ardril Tanliadin: Perhaps we should look to this breach in the wall?
Spiv: You never know when Sehanine’s blessing will will open the way…
GM: The town has 200 soldiers at all times
Ardril Tanliadin: If we can bolster the perimeter the city will be better for it.
Xuande can often be seen speaking a few quiet words of encouragement to the beleaguered townspeople he is working beside.
GM: with about 50 on-duty at any time
GM: the Lord Warden has access to another 200 militia available
GM: the hole in the wall was jus a rumor
Spiv is impressed with the level of security.
Spiv: I guess it’s to be expected, directly after an attack…
Spiv: We should talk with the guards.
Spiv: Find out where the bulk of the attack came from.
GM: as the sun comes up, a Half-Elf approaches the Stone Wyvern
Xuande: They’ve been having trouble here for awhile, this was merely an escalation.
Alastair Danaan snores quietly
Spiv: And see about scouting in that direction.
GM: (or are we not quite ready for sunrise?)
Spiv: (Sunrise, okay)
Campaign saved.
Godryk: yup
Spiv heads back to the stone wyvern to see what the new day brings.
King Mob (Alastair Danaan): I’m ready for sunrise
Nosferatu (Rich Lionnelhart): woohoo!
4dSwissCheese (Erethis): Shank’s Shivs? Really?
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: Hello gentlemen
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: may I have your time?
[w] Spiv: GM You know that’s even funnier for me.
Godryk: Gooding morning.
Nosferatu (Rich Lionnelhart): and you didn’t bat an eye at Guy?
Alastair Danaan: Greetings, good sir. Yes of course.
Erethis: And you are?
[w] Spiv: GM Character: Spiv the Shiv. Player: Adam Schenker
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: I would prefer to meet in my office
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: I am Councilmember Eoffram Troyas
Xuande bows slowly and respectfully, letting others do the talking for the moment.
Alastair Danaan: Very well, let us follow you to your office.
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: Thank you
King Mob (Alastair Danaan): is everybody going? speak now or hold your peace
Spiv listens for the magic words.
GM: You travel to the center of the city
Erethis is going.
Nosferatu (Rich Lionnelhart): Rich goes with the councilman
King Mob (Alastair Danaan): Guy is a real person. It is a real name!
GM: Troyas takes you all (?) into a large, sparsely decorated office
4dSwissCheese (Erethis): I actually had a friend in school named Guy Mann
GM: there is a large desk, and enough chairs to seat you all
Nosferatu (Rich Lionnelhart): that’s parents being lazy is all.
Liquidmantis (Ardril Tanliadin): I know a Guy too. It’s the Damrosch I can’t get :D
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas sits behind the desk
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: please, have a seat
Rich Lionnelhart sits down tiredly.
Alastair Danaan sits down carefully, looking around the room for hidden goblins.
Spiv takes an appraising look before sitting down.
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: I hear you are the “Heroes of the West Gate”?
Thalamus sniffs loudly, says a whispered prayer over his seat with a rattle of his BoneShaker® and sits down…
Xuande quietly takes the offered seat, looking slightly worn.
Godryk sits.
Erethis: Heros. That’s maybe overstating it a bit. We did what we could.
Alastair Danaan: Oh ho, hardly heroes. Merely defending ourselves from a pack of ruffians.
Ardril Tanliadin shrugs.
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: many of you were seen working with the townsfolk, putting out fires and watching for Goblin stragglers
Ardril Tanliadin: I rather like the sound of “Heroes of the West Gate” myself.
Thalamus: We be dem heroes you heard of, seen? me and me boys here bash dem gobbys up good, an ting!
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: plus you killed an Ogre and his … friends, before they could torch serveral buildings
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: it sounds heroic to me
Campaign saved.
Spiv: Heroic…yes.
Rich Lionnelhart shrugs at Councilmember Troyas and says” we don’t understand him half the time either.”
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas eyes Thalamus warily
Alastair Danaan: Yes, well. Heroes, I suppose.
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas shrugs
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: Who is the leader of your band?
Erethis: Anyways, heros or not. It’s merely semantics. Go on.
Thalamus begins to lift a hand, thinks better of it, remains silent
Xuande: Our band…
Alastair Danaan: Band? We met accidentally. Hardly an organized group.
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: Really?
Erethis Looks at the other warlord…
Xuande: Truth be told…
Ardril Tanliadin: We’re a bit, uh, ad hoc.
Alastair Danaan: I for one am an iterant traveler.
Xuande nods to Alastair, “It is as he says.”
Godryk remains silent.
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: Yet you are rumored to fight as one cohesive unit
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: As you have seen, the town is facing a severe threat
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: For weeks there have been light raids
Spiv: It helps to have someone to encourage them to look the other way.
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: a skirmish outside of town, a stolen cow
Thalamus: When de bashing get hot an ting, me and me bati boys gwan work de bones of dem bumbaclot gobbys, no? We team now till de gold or de gals split us apart, seen?
Spiv: But there was nothing planned.
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: I….
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: willl you please silence this.. man?
Alastair Danaan: My dear Thalamus, allow the man to finish, if you will.
Godryk thinks his ears are going to bleed after that.
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas glares at Thalamus
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: but the attacks have been getting worse
Thalamus glares around the table but holds his tongue
Alastair Danaan smiles brightly, if a bit strangely
Xuande coughs quietly and remarks, “I believe he is new to cities. Please forgive his manner. He fights more than well enough to make up for it.”
Nosferatu (Rich Lionnelhart): must not make hedge cleric joke…
Benticore (Thalamus): heheh
King Mob (Alastair Danaan): why not?
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: last week while an ogre was throwing rocks at the guards on the East wall, goblins tried to burn the Temple of Erathis
Liquidmantis (Ardril Tanliadin): He did waste a round of combat sleeping in one…
Benticore (Thalamus): Problem is,I was trying to react to his comment about us fighting together and he moved on before I could finish typing…
Benticore (Thalamus): didnt mean to interrrupt
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: they kidnapped an acolyte
King Mob (Alastair Danaan): Temple of Erethis? Run, 4D!
Erethis: Wow…they’re familiar with the whole distraction principle too..
Rich Lionnelhart: What can you tell us about this acolyte?
Campaign saved.
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: why they took a pretty young woman hostage.. I do not want to know what plans they could have
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: probably a mercy to kill her
Rich Lionnelhart gasps.
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: they have kidnapped our Alchemist
Thalamus ears perkup at the mention of a pretty young woman in trouble
Rich Lionnelhart: Friends we must save this virtous young woman!
King Mob (Alastair Danaan): OK, starting to sound like the plot of that John Wayne movie now
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: last night, they dragged off the son of the Town Guard
Liquidmantis (Ardril Tanliadin): the one with all the ogres?
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: and took him when he tried to save his boy
Erethis: If we must. I am more concerned about the alchemist, frankly. I fear they may force him to work. Indeed, these pitch pots they used tonight may already be evidence of that.
Benticore (Thalamus): Can I make a religion role to see if they might be kidnapping certain people for a sacrifice ritual?
King Mob (Alastair Danaan): The Searchers
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: the Castellan of the Hall of Great Valor was taken
Xuande: A virgin… a man of dangerous knowledge… a valuable hostage…. and two leaders of note.
King Mob (Alastair Danaan): … I think John Wayne ends up kiling her in the end.
GM: yes, a roll would be appropriate
Erethis: Certainly something to be looked into…
EncounterTest4: yeah, he does
Thalamus → Skill [Religion] [6] [1d20+5 = 6]
Xuande: This has the marks of a large, vile plan.
GM: No ritual you know of
Thalamus dont know nothin’ bout no rituals…
GM: lol
Rich Lionnelhart: Surely those foul beasts wish to do soemthing horribly to a pure young woman such as that, I shall consider it my duty to rescue her from that situation.
Godryk → Skill [Insight] [9] [1d20+3 = 9]
Ardril Tanliadin: The Hall of Great Valor is your armory?
Ardril Tanliadin: Or a memorial?
Benticore (Thalamus): what is a castellan?
Alastair Danaan looks at Rich sadly
[w] → Godryk: Troyas is dubious about you all
Nosferatu (Rich Lionnelhart): and yes I purposefully didn’t specify which condition I wanted to save her from ;)
Erethis: Hopefully she remains pure after we rescue her…
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: We keep weapons there, but it is more of a museum, truth be told
Spiv: Where are the attacks coming from?
Spiv: Do they attack from the north each time? The east?
Ardril Tanliadin: Is there any reason for them to single out the castellan that you are aware of?
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: They have come from all sides
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: I suspect the Castellan’s capture was one of convience
Godryk: Has anyone noticed a camp anywhere that they may be staying in?
Erethis: We can perhaps track the ones that ran off last night.
Alastair Danaan: Is anyone here a skilled tracker?
Xuande: A museum.. perhaps his knowledge of use in some way?
Campaign saved.
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: I would like to speak with you about officially working for us
Spiv: I suspect the youngest human children could follow ogre tracks.
Spiv: But with the volume of them heading around the city…
Godryk: OOC: Im wondering if we should appoint one person to ask the quetions as this can get confusing.
Alastair Danaan: Yes. Well - I believe we would have to discuss some sort of budget for our group.
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: It may be a hard sell to the rest of the Council, perhaps if I could get a better idea on who all of you are
Spiv: Whee
Scaphism (Spiv): (Alt did not work)
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: I believe I have answered your questions well enough to earn that.
Nosferatu (Rich Lionnelhart): whee
King Mob (Alastair Danaan): fine with me if someone wants to be party “face” - it won’t be Alastair, as he has few social skills
Nosferatu (Rich Lionnelhart): you need to hold alt down when hitting enter.
Erethis: We are a well organized and capable adventuring company. Without a name, as of yet.
Thalamus assumes he can’t be the “face”of the party…
EncounterTest4: face, yes, voice, no
Ardril Tanliadin: I like Ardril’s Adventurers.
King Mob (Alastair Danaan): rather, Alastair is good at Bluff and Intimidate. Not really the guy you want to negotiate for a “good” group.
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas raises his eyebrow at Erethis
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: Yet you just met?
Spiv looks at Alastair with a hint of appreciation.
Ferret (Xuande): Xuande’s conflicted… he’s great as Diplomacy, but is too quiet/humble to make a good leader.. he’d do better in one-on-one discussions.
Rich Lionnelhart: I am Rich lionnelhart, I am a fighter by trade.
Erethis: Indeed we did. But I don’t see why that should matter one way or another.
Rich Lionnelhart: I first came to Brindol escaping a would be killer, adn have stayed on for reasons I’m not going to go into at this time.
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: Being a well-organized company that just met sounds like a contradiction
Alastair Danaan says nothing, impressed by Erethis’s convolution of logic
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: [1] [1d20 = 1]
Erethis: You just said yourself how organized we were in battle.
Alastair Danaan continues to be impressed.
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: Indeed, it is why I am considering this offer at all
Thalamus: Maybe we not be running for no office or no ting, but if you need bashin, we dem bati boys you call…
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: What is your interest in Brindol?
Campaign saved.
Benticore (Thalamus): who is he talking to?
4dSwissCheese (Erethis): I have a not so great diplomacy skill, btw, if you ever wanted me to actually roll on any of this…
Spiv: I am Spiv, scout and mercenary, lately of Old Den.
Spiv: If you’re hiring, we’re working.
Thalamus nods at Spiv
Troyas: Indeed
Alastair Danaan: I am amenable to an offer of work. And willing to allow Erethis to negotiate for me.
Godryk → Skill [Diplomacy] [7] [1d20+3 = 7]
Xuande answering the most recent question, replies, “Civilization must always be defended. If one place falls, another follows. Stopping them here will save not only you, but countless others.”

Erethis → Skill [Diplomacy] [2] [1d20+1 = 2]
Godryk remains silent.
Thalamus → Skill [Diplomacy] [17] [1d20–1 = 17]
Troyas eyes Xuande approvingly
Alastair Danaan suddenly reconsiders allowing Erethis to negotiate for him
Xuande → Skill [Diplomacy] [18] [1d20+9 = 18]
Rich Lionnelhart: as I alerady pointed out I first came to Brindol escaping from a would be killer and, for reasons that don’t need to be explored at this juncture, I have remained.
Troyas: Fair
Troyas turns to Xuande
Ferret (Xuande): (Well I knew I wasn’t going to screw up mine :P)
Nosferatu (Rich Lionnelhart): sorry I had to use the Due South reference.
Troyas: So, we are in agreement that it is in the best interest of all to stop this threat?
Troyas: Excellent
King Mob (Alastair Danaan): yes, please feel free to work in song lyrics to all your dialogue.
Benticore (Thalamus): Do de bear shit in de woods?
Xuande nods in agreement with Troyas.
Erethis: Agreed.
Alastair Danaan: It’s in my interest. However, I cannot afford to work for free.
Troyas: Crass, but fair (to Thalamus)
Spiv: I would take some small satisfaction in avenging the citizens that were slain in front of us yesterday.
GM: Spiv, roll Insight
Spiv → Skill [Insight] [4] [1d20+2 = 4]
Benticore (Thalamus): doh
GM: ok….
Xuande , to Alastair, “They would not send us unfunded and unprepared. They have seen what we did with our own resources. I suspect they will want to see what we can accomplish properly supported.”
Benticore (Thalamus): can I?
GM: sure
Thalamus → Skill [Insight] [22] [1d20+8 = 22]

GM: You know better than to threaten this guy
GM: and you know he means well
4dSwissCheese (Erethis): Wow…you can be our captain of insight…
Alastair Danaan says softly to Xuande, “Nevertheless, bargains are best struck before deeds are done.”
Benticore (Thalamus): uhm…who threatened him?
GM: but does not want to be proven wrong in front of the rest of the Counsil
Xuande nods slightly in agreement.
GM: he has not been threatened, but DON”T TRY IT
Thalamus: Ahhh
GM: it would be “crossing the streams” bad
Ardril Tanliadin considers strong arming him.
King Mob (Alastair Danaan): GOBLIN BUSTERS
Scaphism (Spiv): I wasn’t threatening, I offered that we would be happy to avenge the citizens we personally saw slain.
GM: I know
Godryk: Can that be shorten’d to GOB BUSTERS?
GM: That is wonderful
Benticore (Thalamus): YES!
4dSwissCheese (Erethis): Excellent!
Spiv nods.
Troyas: Very well, I trust that you will be valuable assets to the town
Troyas: Here is my offer:
Troyas: I can see you are of the highest character, and I trust you will do whatever you can to save our seven citizens. We offer 200 gold pieces for their return, and will gladly do what we can to help. Please do try to find our stolen artifacts, as well. We will reward you with another 200 gold pieces if you can recover the following artifacts: An ornate dragoncrest helm, an ernormous platinum longsword, three shields, each with the Red Hand insignia and a charred hole in the middle, filigreed iron gauntlets and a battle standard with two hands shaking.
GM: you might want to take a note of this
Troyas: Yes
Troyas: they stole from our Hall
Troyas: beyond the Castellan, they took serveral items
Troyas: they do not have much monetary value, but they inspire our citizenry with their History
Troyas: We know the Alchemist, Adronsius was taken alove
Troyas: alive
Campaign saved.
Troyas: and Jalissa, the Acolyte was alive as well
Troyas: Kartenix and Thurann were both seen alive when dragged off
Troyas: Kartenix is the .. or was, the Captain of our Guard
Troyas: Thurann is his son
Troyas: Sertanian is the Castellan of the Hall, he is an old man, now, but he was a great fighter in his day
Troyas: The Hall’s cook said that Mirtala, another cook, was taken alive
Spiv: Were there any…kids in the hall?
Troyas: Return our citizens, as safe as you can
Xuande nods quietly and then asks, “We will do what we can to return them to you whole. May we request a small advance on the reward you offer? We may have expenses before completion of these tasks.” (making a Diplomacy check if necessary)
Troyas: and restore our Hall’s honor
Erethis: Wow. Quite a rash of kidnappings…
Troyas: There were children there
Troyas: They were mostly protected
Troyas: I know two small ones died in fires
Spiv: I am glad. It would be a such a shame if any harm had come to the kids in the hall.
Troyas: and Thurann is only nine, if he still lives
Benticore (Thalamus): seven items, seven kidnappings…could this mean someting?
Troyas: he was apparently trying to fight Goblins
Thalamus: he be a brave boy, aint no mistake
Campaign saved.
King Mob (Alastair Danaan): yes it means this guy is going to try to rip us off later :(
Erethis: Oh - and this goblin Hand organization? Anything else we know about them?
Troyas: the Hobgoblin used his presence to distract his father, then disarming the Captian
Troyas: You have not heard of the Hand?
Xuande: Only a little…
Alastair Danaan: I heard of it.
Erethis: Heard. But details would be nice. Do they have a leadership structure?
Ferret (Xuande): Did he ignore my question, or did you miss it Atras?
Godryk: Please tell us what you know.
Spiv: Sorry to interrupt, but you said seven were captured.
Troyas: The Red Hand attempted to wipe this city off the map
Spiv: Adronsius, Jalissa, Kartenix, and Thurann, Sertanian and Mirtala.
Nosferatu (Rich Lionnelhart): I wonder if they’ve tried talking to the hand?
Troyas: So many questions, sorry
GM: I missed your question
Spiv: Is there a name that I missed?
Ferret (Xuande): It’s just barely off screen now, in red text
Troyas: The crone, Zerriksa has not been seen
Ferret (Xuande): I can’t cut and paste though and it was a little long-winded :/
GM: I see it now
Troyas: The townsfolk will offer what they can, I know
Troyas: She is known to wander off, probably to enchant a frog or something
Troyas: one would think she would return, given the circumstances
Troyas: but no body has been found, nor any sign of her
Xuande frowns, shaking his head, “It seems too likely her fate is shared with the others.”
Scaphism (Spiv): Have we asked any townsfolk about Sinuth?
Troyas: everyone else in town has been accounted for
Troyas: I agree Xuande
Troyas: We are assuming that Sinruth is trying to re-establish the Red Hand
Troyas: the name was mentioned repeatedly in the Hall
Troyas: it might have been the case that Sinruth himself attacked the Hall
Campaign saved.
Xuande: I am disturbed by only one thing..
Xuande: A goblin cried out to him as he tried to flee us..
Troyas: The Hall was attacked by Hobgoblins and Goblins, no Ogres that I have heard of
Xuande: Why call the name of a physical leader who is not present?
Ardril Tanliadin: zealotry?
Erethis: Meh. Who knows what goes on in the little minds of these creatures.
Troyas: Was the tide turning at that point?
Ardril Tanliadin: Oh, the tide was turned.
Xuande: Yes, they were fully routed, the ogre fallen already.
Troyas: The Hall is south of the gate you were fighting at, perhaps Sinruth was in retreat already
Godryk: I was afraid he had called out to others to help but we did not see anyone else.
Xuande: That is possible.. I must confess I hope your explanation is the true one.
Troyas: while there was a terrible amount of damage done, I feel this was somehow targetted at the Hall
Troyas: The raiding party entered, and the horns blared when they left
Xuande: They have already demonstrated a talent for distraction.
Troyas: Yes
Godryk: Why the Hall. Is there anything significant about it?
Troyas: they are shockingly well-prganized
Xuande: …and what’s more, their targets seem deliberately chosen for the most part.
Troyas: Like I said, it houses the artifacts from the last major uprising
Godryk: You mentioned they were of little value. Could they hold value for the golbins?
Xuande: It’s possible they wanted them for the same reason you want them back.
Erethis: Anyway, each minute we spend here talking they are building strength. If there if nothing more of importance, we should leave here and give chase.
Troyas: Ten years ago, the Red Hand was an organized mass of Goblins
Ardril Tanliadin: Yes, are the items of morale value or actually empowering?
Campaign saved.
Troyas: they surrounded the city, and were close to killing everyone in the city when a group of Heroes cut off the head of the army, and the goblins scattered in anarchy
Troyas: simple morale
Ardril Tanliadin: Seems like a lot of effort for tokens of yesteryear.
Thalamus: de head of de army?
Godryk: By stealing the artifacts maybe they are simply trying to demoralize the citizens of the city.
Troyas: Agreed
Xuande: I’m not so sure, Ardril.
Xuande: Goblins are ever exciteable creatures.
Troyas: The Gauntlets were worn by my father, who perished in the fighting
Xuande: Imagine the effect it would have on them to see such artifacts sundered in front of them.
Thalamus: who was de head of de goblin army?
Ardril Tanliadin: Perhaps. Simple creatures, simple pleasures.
Troyas: Yes, the Red Hand was organized by a brutish Bugbear
Troyas: he was slain by a group of outsiders
Troyas: without his leadership, the army lost it’s nerve
Ardril Tanliadin: If Godryk is correct, that would mean someone, or some/thing/, is controlling the horde.
Troyas: the Hand scattered, and most of the disparate groups were hunted down
Ardril Tanliadin: Goblins and ogres are not clever enough to weaken an enemies heart prior to full assault.
Godryk: And the artifacts are being used to bolster this new threat.
GM: There is a knock at the door
Councilmember Eoffram Troyas: What?
Alastair Danaan watches the discussing attentively
Spiv: So the shields that were taken - they were shields used by the Red Hand in the assault ten years ago?
GM: A young man enters informing Troyas that they have a live Hobgoblin captive in stocks
Troyas: Thank you. Dismissed
Troyas: The artifacts were all used in the battles
GM: the man leaves
Campaign saved.
Ardril Tanliadin: I suppose getting information from this one might be considered foolishly hopeful.
Erethis: But I suppose we should try anyways, with the council’s permission.
Troyas: A fool’s hope is what we have to go on…
Godryk: Maybe but we can try if you will permit us to question the creature.
Troyas: please feel free to take the attempt
Troyas: do not harm him, he will face justice in a civilized manner
Ardril Tanliadin: Feeling up to a little, conversataion, Alastair?
Alastair Danaan perks up.
Spiv nods. “Okay, so we need to find out why they want the artifacts. Do you want us to report back with information, or sabotage them directly if we get the chance?”
Alastair Danaan: I’ll have a chat with him.
Troyas: the artifacts are by far secondary to the populous
Thalamus: grins, stroking his BoneShaker
Liquidmantis (Ardril Tanliadin): Hey! None of that!
Troyas: Kartenix and Sertanian are good men
Spiv: Of course. Well understood.
Thalamus: you let Thalamus have a chitterchat wit dis gobby…I get him to talk
Troyas: I do not know the others well, but they are my first concern
Troyas bows slightly
Xuande shakes his head a little, “I would hold little sway over a hobgoblin. I will leave his questioning to better suited hands.”
Troyas: Please do act quickly
Erethis: That’s our cue…
Troyas stands and opens the door for you
Alastair Danaan stands and follows the guard
Godryk follows as well.
Spiv follows them out.
Thalamus walks out the door, grinning a toothy smile at the guard…
Xuande bows respectfully and takes his leave as well.
GM: Just as the guards said, there’s a lone hobgoblin in stocks and shackles here. His wounds from last night’s battle have been bandaged, but a number of tomatoes on the ground near him and on the surface of the stocks indicate that his treatment hasn’t been completely kind.
GM: He takes one weary look at you and says, “I ain’t saying nothin’ unless you people let me go.”
Guardsman Tom laughs
Thalamus: You let Thalamus ask him de question. The marrow don lie, seen? We crack de bones and let the marrow speak…
Alastair Danaan: I must ask those of squeamish disposition to leave immediately. These arcane rites are not for the uninitiated to witness.
Campaign saved.
Alastair Danaan takes out a glittering dagger and begins to sharpen it.
Erethis Stands threateningly…but lets others talk.
Ferret (Xuande): I’ve got +4 Intim
Erethis → Skill [Intimidate] [23] [1d20+6 = 23]
Guardsman Tom: Hey! no harming the prisoner
Guardsman Tom: No touching!
Alastair Danaan chants the names of the star lords, cutting his left arm with the dagger and painting the dust around the hobgoblin as he moves around him counterclockwise
Ardril Tanliadin cups a ball of fire (prestidigitaion) menacingly.
Guardsman Tom draws his sword
Guardsman Tom: We follow the law here
Alastair Danaan halts his ritual
Xuande looks alarmed at this turn of events.
Ardril Tanliadin whispers to Tom (ghost whisper) “No harm will befall him”
Ardril Tanliadin: “it’s all for show”
Thalamus snorts
Guardsman Tom nods his head slightly
Ferret (Xuande): Diplomacy check while I try to convince the guard it’s all bluff?
Ferret (Xuande): Or not, if it’s unnecessary
Liquidmantis (Ardril Tanliadin): that was still in ghost whisper…
Alastair Danaan continues traveling around the hobgoblin widdershins, chanting in a menacing way
Ferret (Xuande): (Xuande doesn’t believe we plan to hurt him, so he’s not lying. :P)
Xuande → Skill [Diplomacy] [14] [1d20+9 = 14]
Liquidmantis (Ardril Tanliadin): Ghost Sound rather, not “ghost whisper”
Godryk → Skill [Diplomacy] [6] [1d20+3 = 6]
Guardsman Tom looks relieved, puts his sword away
Ferret (Xuande): I’m hoping he’s easy to convince, it’s not like this prisoner is his buddy. :D
Alastair Danaan: .. and in the name of UTHUAN! of ZAPHODE! of METATRON! you will speak to me and answer truthfully, or you will die in blazing fire.
Ferret (Xuande): ONLY a −1? :P
Thalamus: [13] [1d20 = 13]
Spiv → Skill [Diplomacy] (+1) [6] [1d20+1 = 6]
Benticore (Thalamus): I got an 8 charisma! I’m not very likeable… =0)
Alastair Danaan → Skill [Bluff] [19] [1d20+10 = 19]
Liquidmantis (Ardril Tanliadin): Beeblebrox and Megatron? Really?
Morrik: Hey, they obey the law!
Morrik: no majik
Morrik: no
Campaign saved.
Alastair Danaan: .Now in the name of those gods and your own, you are compelled to speak the truth. Tell us now. Who is your master? Why do you seek the artifacts? Where is your home?
Thalamus: Metatron != Megatron! LOL
Alastair Danaan tries to seem as intimidating as possible
Morrik: You can’t hurt me… the guards won’t let you
Alastair Danaan → Skill [Intimidate] [12] [1d20+9 = 12]
Ardril Tanliadin: You think our friend Tom /really/ wants to see you comfortable in your room?
Godryk → Skill [Intimidate] [20] [1d20+1 = 20]
Xuande → Skill [Intimidate] [21] [1d20+4 = 21]
Guardsman Tom cracks his knuckles and smiles at Morrik
Thalamus → Skill [Intimidate] (+1) [4] [1d20 = 4]
Morrik gulps
Xuande: You killed 40 of this gentleman’s townsmen yesterday.
Spiv → Skill [Intimidate] [20] [1d20 = 20]
Morrik: I…
Morrik: I can’t tell you
Xuande: Strange to hear you place such faith in his stewardship of you.
Morrik: human jail is better than goblin justice
Morrik: human noose better than goblin justice
Thalamus spits on the floor
Xuande: Then what’s the problem? Tell us and you’ll get the noose. Promise.
Spiv: Alastair, I fear he doesn’t understand.
Alastair Danaan: Can’t? Will you die in radiant fire, and have your SOUL DEVOURED BY THE STARS not to tell?
Spiv: Human jail? Aren’t you sending him to the old gods?
Alastair Danaan → Skill [Intimidate] [29] [1d20+9 = 29]
Morrik wets himself
Alastair Danaan seems believable
Morrik: Sinruth will pull my bones out!
Thalamus takes a step back from Alastair, crossing himself and murmuring wards of protection…
Alastair Danaan smiles fondly.
Godryk pulls out a simitar and begins to sharpen it.
Morrik: Please don’t make me anything…. unnatural
Erethis is getting used to the creepy half-elf…
Alastair Danaan: My dear sir, when the gods Zaphod and Metatron devour your soul for the next billion years, you will look upon your death as a pleasant pastime.
Spiv gives a crooked smile and draws a dagger.
Xuande: I’ve seen this fellow’s gods in action. Losing your bones should be the least of your worries right now.
Erethis: Do you even have any comprehension of how long a billion years is?
Morrik: Sinruth is the General of the Hand
Ardril Tanliadin: I think the curse has started already. You get ahead of yourself Alaistar.
Morrik holds up all of his fingers
Morrik: this many years?
Ardril Tanliadin uses Mage Hand to create the sensation of crawling ants on Morrik.
Xuande: What is he? A hobgoblin, like yourself?
Morrik dances uncomfortably
Alastair Danaan remains silent, waiting for Morrik to finish what he has to say
Morrik: Yes!!
Campaign saved.
Xuande: How did he rise to power?
Morrik: He beat up other hobgoblins
Morrik: until they listen
Morrik: how do humans do it?
[w] Godryk: Alastair, ask if he has any magical powers.
Xuande: The same way, in some places.
Alastair Danaan: The artifacts. Where have they been taken.
Erethis: More or less the same way, I think. And most importantly, where do we find him?
Morrik: I can’t tell
Xuande: A short memory, you have.
Morrik: stars are farther than Sinruth
Morrik: when he burns this city, I’ll be free
Alastair Danaan: It will be too late by then, I’m afraid. I’m already beginning to lose control.
Alastair Danaan begins to chuckle softly
Morrik chin quivers
Xuande: What? Again? But last time…
Ardril: You’ll be free of your earthly concerns I believe you mean.
Xuande makes a show of quickly backing away from Morrik.
Alastair Danaan squeezes his left arm, still bloody from the ritual
Godryk: I think we’ll need a mop again after this…
Morrik looks frantically between Xuande and Alastair
Xuande turns to Tom.
Morrik soils himself
Ardril uses Prestidigitation to lime Morrkin in pale light.
Alastair Danaan begins moving around Morrik and chanting again
GM: the smell is horrendous
Xuande: Are there other civilians nearby? I should clear this area at once.
Erethis: Wizard, can you do something about that smell?
Godryk: Does Sinruth have any magical powers?
Guardsman Tom: I’ll toss a bucket at him… this is awful
Thalamus covers his eyes
Morrik: No?
Morrik: he’s big and mean
Morrik: is that majik?
Ardril: Smell? That’s just goblin aroma isn’t it?
Godryk: Where can we find him?
Morrik spits at Ardril
Morrik: not saying
Spiv looks revolted, and very angry at the hobgoblin.
Alastair Danaan moves around Morrik, chanting menacingly and waving his bloody arm around. Specks of blood are flying everywhere.
Ardril glowers menacingly.
Morrik whimpers
Campaign saved.
Ardril casts Light on himself.
Ardril (shouting): I am no idle conjurer!
Godryk: I can get him to stop if you answer our questions… do you want to die horribly and live in eternal torement?
Morrik: no!
Erethis: Look, my dear goblin. You can make this all stop. Just tell us how to find Sinruth.
Morrik: Rivenroar!
Ardril uses Ghost Sound to make the sound of shrieking hobgoblins.
Morrik: please let me go
Erethis: If you’re lying we’re coming back for you.
Alastair Danaan stops, looking at Morrik
Alastair Danaan: You’re lying.
Morrik: no!
Ardril: Listen to the sounds of your brethren that Corellon has sent to their doom before you!
Xuande turns to Thalamus and asks, “Did he speak truly? I doubt it, but I cannot read the hearts of such that have them not.”
Godryk: Where is RivenRoar?
Morrik: near mountains
Godryk: Which way east north, south west?
Alastair Danaan: In the name of Ulthuan, I shall read your soul and know. Are you not afraid?
Thalamus → Skill [Insight] [20] [1d20+8 = 20]
Morrik: It is towards mountains
Alastair Danaan → Skill [Insight] [13] [1d20+2 = 13]
Godryk → Skill [Insight] [4] [1d20+3 = 4]
Xuande → Skill [Insight] [7] [1d20–1 = 7]
[w] → Godryk: he is lying
Erethis → Skill [Insight] [0] [1d20–1 = 0]
Ardril → Skill [Insight] [7] [1d20+6 = 7]
Spiv → Skill [Insight] [12] [1d20+2 = 12]
[w] → Thalamus: he is telling the truth
Alastair Danaan: How is it defended? Are the artifacts and the prisoners there as well?
Ferret (Xuande): This is Xuande’s one weakpoint as a leader/negotiator.. he’s a little naive. :P
Liquidmantis (Ardril): woohoo! We’re insightful!
[w] → Erethis: he is a small chicken
Thalamus nods at Xuande
Thalamus: this judas gobby speaks de truth, my youth
Xuande looks mildly surprised, both at the answer and that he understood it.
Alastair Danaan: you think one little lie is enough to buy your soul? My gods are hungry.
Morrik: Sinruth make friends with Rivenroar owners
Morrik: he brings them souls, they let him stay
King Mob (Alastair Danaan): Can you tell us what we know about Rivenroar?
4dSwissCheese (Erethis): Souls? This just got considerably more ominous…
Alastair Danaan: What does Sinruth want the stuff for? The stuff you stole - the helm, longword, shields?
Morrik: Not know
Morrik: maybe to make your mother cry
Campaign saved.
Godryk: What about souls. What do you mean?
Morrik: Undead what live in Rivenroar want rent
Alastair Danaan: My mother is DEAD. I KILLED HER.
Benticore (Thalamus): oh snap, did a goblin just go off on Yo Mama!?!
Morrik: don’t care for meat or gold
Godryk: Rivenroar is populated by undead?
Morrik: they want sentients
Alastair Danaan looks as if he might be about to snap. You’re not sure if this is an act, at this point.
Morrik: undead like tombs, yes?
Erethis: Thank you for sharing, Alastair. Perhaps you should sit down and rest a minute.
Thalamus combs his vast knowledge of the undead to ascertain what vile creatures feed on the souls of the living…
Thalamus → Skill [Religion] [25] [1d20+5 = 25]
[w] → Thalamus: Ghouls
[w] → Thalamus: Wights
Thalamus motions to Godryk…
Godryk looks at Thalamus…. ?
Thalamus: Ghouls and wights be eatin souls of de livin, my youth
Morrik: Sinruth not say anything about stuff
Morrik: just people and fire
Nosferatu (Rich): there happy? name much shorter now.
Morrik: no… fire, then people!
Thalamus: If we go dat way, we better know what we be about an ting
[w] → Rich: much better
Alastair Danaan: I am DONE with you, goblin scum. I hope the people of this town will be merciful and merely hang you, for if I see you again I will commend you to those gods I spoke of, and they will devour your soul for an eternity. COUNT ON IT.
Xuande watches the proceedings quietly, looking mildly concerned about the warlock but remaining quiet.
Morrik: maybe Sinruth take stuff for hisself
Liquidmantis (Ardril): You’re like Cher now.
Alastair Danaan leaves.
Godryk: So you are saying that Sinruth is holed up in some tombs in Rivenroar?
GM: Everybody gets 25 XP for good skill challenge!
King Mob (Alastair Danaan): Alastair is a sensitive guy, I guess?
Morrik: all that is left is catacombs
4dSwissCheese (Erethis): did we get XP for the fight earlier, btw?
Benticore (Thalamus): soi we should have 238,right?
King Mob (Alastair Danaan): it was 115
Morrik: yeah
Morrik: 115 each for the Orge
GM: stop taking my lines
Guardsman Tom: He’ll hang
Campaign saved.
Nosferatu (Rich): all of the NPCs will talk in the Jamacian thing, none of us will know what the hell is going on.
Erethis: Good enough for me. Shall we get a move on?
Benticore (Thalamus): crap brb
Spiv: We go north?
Ardril: Thank you for the leeway, Tom.
Morrik: Sinruth going to eat you scary one, and feed you others to soul biters
Erethis: Yeah. Perhaps ask around quickly for better directinos to this Rivenroar palce, and then follow the trail.
King Mob (Alastair Danaan): Alastair went to the inn to clean up, btw. He’ll be back with you guys in fifteen minutes or so
Xuande ignoring the goblin, nods to Erethis.
Godryk: Did anyone search the Goblin. Did they find anything?
Ardril: Do we need to provision ourselves first?
Morrik: Sinruth made your mommy happy for first time, and when he kills you, she be happy again!
Liquidmantis (Ardril): Oh wait, we got no advance payment. We’re still broke ass chumps after all this.
Morrik: I outlive you!
Erethis: Ignores goblin. I’m set, but if anyone else needs to get anything, do it now, and do it quick.
Ferret (Xuande): I tried, but he was only willing to say the townsfolk would help all they can. :(
Spiv: Want to bet?
Ardril uses prestidigitation to create the sensation of a tightening noose on Morrik.
King Mob (Alastair Danaan): dude, who is Morrik talking to now? We’re all ignoring him, he crapped himself, and now he’s trash talking? Kinda sad.
Godryk distracts Tom and slyly pucches Morrik in the face.
King Mob (Alastair Danaan): Nice one.
Godryk → Skill [Stealth] [15] [1d20+6 = 15]
GM: See you all next week
King Mob (Alastair Danaan): Remember, we’re better than they are… right?
Nosferatu (Rich): says who?
Ferret (Xuande): Nighty nighty
